MEASURE YOUR RING SIZE

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Each of our creations is presented in an elegant zip pouch in the brand's signature color, carefully placed inside a sturdy box. This is thoughtfully designed to protect your jewelry and enhance your experience from the moment you open the box.

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re pleased to offer a complimentary repair service for one year from the purchase date, with proof of purchase.

How do I return my order?

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we kindly ask you to ensure the parcel is securely packaged, as it remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

After receipt and verification of the products returned by the Customer, the Company will reimburse the payments received within fourteen (14) working days.

Or should you prefer, we’re happy to offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.

If you are sending the product back from another country than the European Union, we advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
